By downloading, installing, or using the Decisionz AI mobile application, you:

If you are using our service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Decisionz AI is an AI-powered decision-making assistance app that:

• Provides structured decision analysis through guided input forms
• Generates AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your inputs
• Offers different expert perspectives to help you evaluate choices
• Includes premium features like voice input and enhanced analysis

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

You agree to use Decisionz AI responsibly and lawfully. You may NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Input content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Input personal data of others without their consent
• Use our service to generate content that violates third-party rights

Our Rights

Decisionz AI, including its design, functionality, algorithms, and content, is owned by NOLOW CODE and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the decision inputs you provide. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

Generated Content

AI-generated analysis and recommendations are created specifically for your use based on your inputs. While you may use these outputs for personal decision-making, they remain subject to our service terms.

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate decision analysis and recommendations:

• AI outputs are based on patterns and training data, not human judgment
• Generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• You should critically evaluate all AI-generated recommendations
• AI outputs are not professional advice and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions

Premium Features

Premium subscriptions may include enhanced analysis, voice input, ad-free experience, and additional features. Premium pricing and features are subject to change.

Billing & Payments

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Decisionz AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

We do not warrant that our service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOLOW CODE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our service
• Any AI-generated content or recommendations
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
• Business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities
• Decisions made based on our service outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscriptions through your device settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Use our service in a way that causes harm or liability
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately. Saved decisions and account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, where our company is based.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. For formal disputes:

• EU users have the right to file complaints with their local data protection authorities
• Legal proceedings shall be subject to French jurisdiction
• Disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration where permitted by law

Updates to Terms
